Jess McCormackBar Manager Jess helps keep things running smoothly behind the bar at Canteen127. From everyday service to busy event nights, she plays an important role in creating a welcoming place where our members, friends, and community can come together. As Bar Manager, Jess helps lead the bar operations that keep Canteen127 ready for another great evening at the Legion. During her off time, Jess likes to travel, play golf, and bass fish on Lake Lanier. |
Jared Waller
Kitchen Manager
Jared brings more than 21 years of culinary experience to Canteen127's kitchen! He developed his passion for cooking in Southern California, where he attended culinary school at The Art Institute of Santa Ana. His career includes two years running the fine-dining restaurant at Lanier Islands Resort. Outside the kitchen, Jared enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors. He's especially passionate about smoking meats and creating great barbecue. And here's something you might not expect: he also played semi-professional roller hockey! For Jared, great food has always brought people together and created memorable experiences. |
